Role Overview
The Office Assistant Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing filing systems.
- Maintaining office cleanliness.
- Greeting, receiving, and attending to visitors.
- Opening and closing the office premises at the beginning and end of each workday
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- 1-2 years of college education in administration or office management. This should include knowledge of administrative tools, computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail, neatness, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
